Arby’s is known for its roast beef but has expanded its offerings to include chicken, salads, wraps and curly fries. Top it off with a 500-calorie Jamocha shake and what started as a healthy choice roast beef on a bun could be laden with fat and calories. A Pecan Chicken sandwich contains 769 calories, including 351 calories from fat. A roast ham or turkey sandwich with swiss cheese is about 700 calories. To keep your lunch at a reasonable calorie level, stick with the roast beef.
Regular Roast Beef on bun, 320 calories, 6g saturated fat, 0.5g trans fat, 20g protein, 953mg of sodium.
Adding a medium cheddar curly fries provides another 465 calories. You could get a second roast beef sandwich for less.
