Vistage International, a membership group for CEOs, is forming a second Bend chapter.

Bruce Juhola, the chapter’s chairman, said the current chapter, with 16 members, is almost full, and there is enough demand for another one. Juhola said members should run companies that have at least $3 million in revenue and 25 employees.

Vistage International counts more than 14,000 members in 16 countries, according to its Web site. The group specializes in business coaching for executives, and its chapters meet once a month in order for members to exchange business suggestions and strategies.
