A back-to-school celebration featuring live music, refreshments, storytelling and much more will be held at Crook County Library on Sept. 6 from noon to 4 p.m.

In addition, pets will be available for adoption from the local Humane Society, and Friends of the Library will host a book sale. Ice cream, popcorn and soda will be sold. The public is encouraged to bring school supplies to donate to Crook County schools. The library is at 175 N.W. Meadow Lakes Drive in Prineville.
