A Bend company in the business of home makeovers has made over its first retail space.

Let’s Make a Space, which also has a television series about home makeovers on COTV 11, opened a 5,000-square-foot space in the Cascade Village Shopping Center, 63455 N. U.S. Highway 97, Suite 13, in Bend. The store is next to Sport Clips, on the west side of the mall, by JCPenney.

The store features European-style modern furniture, cabinets, artwork, lighting, sinks and bathtubs and its own paint line, “Let’s Paint a Space.”

Prices range from moderate to high-end, said spokeswoman Joey Cooper.

The store hired 10 employees and is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
