A grape way to lower blood pressure?

Good news for grape lovers.
A study last week published by the Journal of Gerontology: Biological Sciences found grapes helped lower blood pressure and improve heart function in lab rats with an otherwise high-sodium diet. (Please note: The study was funded in part by the California Grape Producers.)
Previous studies have suggested that grapes also have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory benefits.
