Lahaina Galleries is showcasing a 10-by-16-foot mural by local artist Tom Browning. The oil painting, titled “The Adoration of the Christ Child,” is of a nativity scene and is composed of three panels.

The artwork will be on display for four days in the only public viewing in Oregon. Browning was commissioned to do the piece by St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Boise, Idaho.

The painting will be on display Tuesday through Dec. 27 at Lahaina Galleries, 425 S.W. Powerhouse Drive, Suite 307, in The Old Mill District in Bend.
