Grants Pass-based Dutch Bros. Coffee opened 21 new stores last year, it said Friday. Dutch Bros. has 139 stores and plans to open 20 more this year in its existing markets of Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona.
