This view looks toward the cliffs above Tumalo Creek from the West Loop out of Skyliner Sno-park.

A quiet, relaxing and peaceful trip through the woods 10 miles west of Bend. Although it’s close to town, it gets less use than the sno-parks along the Cascade Lakes Highway. The trail passes the historic Skyliner Lodge, Central Oregon’s first downhill ski lodge, built in 1936.
