Stephanie McDonald and Edward Howland, both of Bend, plan to marry April 26 at Aspen Hall in Bend.

The future bride is the daughter of Kevin McDonald, of Palm Springs, Calif., and JoLynne and David Chambers, of La Pine. She is a 2004 graduate of Bend High School. She is the director of A Step Ahead Preschool and Childcare.

The future groom is the son of Larry and Karen Howland, of Bend. He is a 2003 graduate of Yosemite High School in Oakhurst, Calif. He is a gas attendant at ARCO.
