Alyssa Corrianne Waters, of Bend, and Ryan David Ness, of Salem, plan to marry Sept. 19 at the home of the bride’s parents in Bend.

The future bride is the daughter of Kent and Susan Couch, of Bend, and Todd and Fung Ling, of Lake Oswego. She is a 2004 graduate of Redmond High School and a 2009 graduate of Corban College where she studied education.

The future groom is the son of Dave and Kim Ness, of Port Orchard, Wash. He is a 2007 graduate of South Kitsap High School and a 2009 graduate Tacoma Community College where he studied EMT training. He serves in the Coast Guard Reserves.
