Redmond-based Advantage Dental has completed its acquisition of Hayden Family Dentistry Groups assets and many of its affiliated companies, including West Coast Dental and Oregon Professional PC, which will become part of The Advantage Community of Companies, according to a news release.

Advantage a community-based, dentist-owned cooperative that offers dental care to more than 58,000 Oregon Health Plan recipients also will acquire Hayden Dentals Oregon Health Plan contract and its roughly 60,000 recipients, and its clinic network. Terms were not released. Advantage also serves more than 80,000 commercial patients through a dental network agreement with PacificSource Health Plans.

Eugene-based Hayden has dental clinics throughout Oregon, including in Bend. In addition to its Oregon Health Plan patients, Hayden has a large commercial patient population, the release said.
