LOS ANGELES Scrubs star Sarah Chalke is pregnant.

Her publicist, Gary Mantoosh, says it will be the first child for Chalke and her fiance, Jamie Afifi. Mantoosh says the baby is due this winter.

Chalke, 32, recently appeared on How I Met Your Mother and in the Lifetime movie Maneater. She and Afifi, an entertainment attorney, became engaged in 2006.
