Anderson — Umi

Jennifer Anderson and Ahjamu Umi were married Sept. 25 in Lake Tahoe, Calif.

The bride is the daughter of Ronald Anderson and Loryn Light, both of Bend. She is a 1985 graduate of South Eugene High School and a graduate of the Creative Institute of Design in Eugene, where she studied aesthetics.

The groom is the son of Richard and Cleothilda Dewhart, of San Francisco. He is a graduate of J. Eugene McAteer High School in San Francisco and California State University-Sacramento, where he received a master’s degree in economics. He works as vice president of consumer lending for Bank of the Cascades.

They will settle in Bend.
