Check the fat and sodium content before slurping your noodle soup

Ramen noodle instant soups can be loaded with fat and sodium. According to the book, “Eat This, Not That,” Dr. McDougall’s Ramen Chicken is lower in calories, fat and sodium than other popular Ramen instant soups.

Worse choice: Maruchan Instant Lunch, roast chicken flavor
