Anne Speck and Jacob Durgan were married June 20 at A Silver Moon Ranch in Bend. A reception followed.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Rose Speck, of Bend, and Sue Speck, of Redmond. She is a 2001 graduate of Redmond High School and a 2005 graduate of Oregon State University, where she studied exercise and sport science. She works as an athletic trainer at Desert Orthopedics.

The groom is the son of Jim and Cheryl Simmons, of Culver, and Dale Durgan, of Madras. He is a 2003 graduate of Culver High School and a 2005 graduate of Portland Community College, where he studied automotive mechanics. He works as a mechanic at Deschutes Valley Equipment.

The couple honeymooned in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

They will settle in Madras.
