A new furniture consignment store, Dwellings, is now open, adding another component to the shopping district that has cropped up in southeast Bend. Other shops nearby include specialty furniture consignment shop Redeux, antiques and accessories shop Journey of Discovery, Real Deals on Home Décor, Immigrant’s Corner Marketplace and Revival.

Central Oregon resident Dianna Rose opened Dwellings after working for another used-furniture store in Bend for nearly a decade.

“It’s really taken off,” she said on Monday. “It’s only been open 16 days; the response has been amazing.”

Rose carries a “full spectrum” of furniture styles, including lodge and mission. She said a personal favorite is midcentury modern design.

Dwellings, located at 380 S.E. Bridgeford Blvd., is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
