Sagebrush Rock Festival returns

For each of the past eight years, a group of buddies have thrown a weekend-long party called the Sagebrush Rock Festival on private property out in Christmas Valley.
And each of the last four years, we’ve given that party significant coverage in GO! Magazine despite its distance from Bend, in part because the event’s namesake band, Sagebrush Rock, are good local folks who know how to crank out classic hits, original rockers, and then more classics.
This year, the festival gets a little less ink because there’s so many other things going on. But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t good times waiting for you out in the desert. In addition to Sagebrush Rock, there’ll be sets by Arridium, ScarLitt Fever and others, a DJ, camping, games, swimming and lots of other activities.
If dusty fun, sun and music far removed from civilization is your kind of thing, get lots more details at www.sbrfestival.com.
