PORTLAND — The Toronto private equity firm Onex completed the takeover Monday of Klamath Falls-based window- and door-maker Jeld Wen.
The Oregonian reports Onex gained a 58 percent stake in the company with an $871 million investment it hopes will revive the business that was battered in the housing market crash.
