The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services issued an order today revoking the manufactured structure dealer’s licenses and leveling $155,000 in fines against Fuqua Homes Inc, which manufactured modular homes in Bend, and Eugene Super Sales Center LLC., a manufactured homes dealer based in Coburg.

The order also disqualifies Phillip R. Daniels, who is listed as the president of both companies, from obtaining a manufactured structure dealer license or from administering or managing such a dealership for five years.
