The second of Caldera Arts’ three winter Open Studio events will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

During the events, authors, artists, poets, filmmakers, composers and other artists participating in winter residencies open their studios, allowing the public to sneak a peek at their creativity in progress. This month features visual artists Erin Beaver and Erik Peterson, theater performer Kate Sanderson Holly, poet Harvey Hix and author Leanne Hall.

Caldera is located 15 miles from Sisters at 31500 Blue Lake Drive. From Sisters, take U.S. Highway 20 west 13 miles, then turn left at Suttle Lake. Follow the road two miles to the Caldera entrance. Follow the road to Arts Center.
