Selco Community Credit Union, which has branches in Central Oregon, has acquired Portland-based Forest Park Federal Credit Union.

Through a merger completed this month, Selco will take control of Forest Park’s $40 million in total assets, according to a news release. The acquisition is not expected to impact Selco’s branches in Bend and Redmond.
