New businesses in downtown Bend

Four businesses have opened or will be opening in downtown Bend, lowering the rate of leased restaurant and retail space to 92 percent for the third quarter, the Downtown Bend Business Association announced Friday.

The rate is 2 percentage points less than the second quarter.

Bond Street gained two businesses: Noi Thai Cuisine, which moved into the space that formerly housed Typhoon! near the corner of Northwest Bond Avenue and Northwest Franklin Street, and O Mo Mo!, a clothing and accessory store formerly located in the Old Mill District. It’s new location is 920 N.W. Bond, according to a news release.

541 Threads, a local clothing company that donates a portion of its sales to local food banks, has opened a retail location at 5 N.W. Minnesota Ave.

Crow’s Feet Commons, a bike and ski sale and repair shop, is expected to open in a few weeks at 875 N.W. Brooks St., in the Goodwille-Allen-Rademacher House located next to Riverfront Plaza, according to occupancy report.
