The Sunriver Nature Center is open daily and summer hours are in effect Friday.

The center is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Thursday ($3 adults, $2 children 12 and younger, members free). Beginning Friday, hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ($4 adults, $3 children, members free.)

The affiliated Oregon Observatory at Sunriver is open 9 to 11 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays for night sky viewing ($6 adults, $4 children, members free) and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays for solar viewing (free). Starting June 15, hours will be 9 to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday for night sky viewing, with free solar viewing from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. The observatory is also available for private parties.
