Local farm Juniper Jungle Farm will host a “mommy and me” class through the Wildheart Nature School. The first class takes place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, with additional classes taking place Sept. 25, Oct. 9 and Oct. 23. The class will include storytelling, art, music, animals and more. At the farm, located east of Bend, the children can visit chickens, turkeys, a pond, a teepee, greenhouses, a stream and more. Cost is $10 per class or $33 for all four classes.

The event is for children age 2 to 4, accompanied by a parent.
