Bruce Barrett has joined Windermere Central Oregon Real Estate’s commercial property division. Barrett has experience as a business owner and management consultant and can assist with commercial property leasing and sales.

Dawn Ulrickson, broker at Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate, has been awarded the designation of accredited buyer’s representative.

Doug Loftesness recently attained the ASNT Level III certification on the nondestructive testing categories of ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing. Due to his recent certification, Loftesness will assume the role of corporate level III technician for Carlson Testing Inc. An employee at Carlson Testing Inc. since 2002, Doug has more than 30 years experience in nondestructive and welding inspection.

Dr. Whitney Eure will become the medical director of Bend Spay and Neuter Project in October. Eure previously was a veterinarian and member of the spay/neuter team for 10 years at Humane Alliance, a spay/neuter clinic in North Carolina.

Tannus Quatre, Vantage Clinical Solutions co-founder and lead consultant, will be speaking at the 2013 California Physical Therapy Association Annual Conference in Pasadena on Sept. 20. Quatre will speak on the topic of branding and marketing.
