Centro Print Solutions of Bend has acquired Pacific Imagewear, an apparel, embroidering and screen-printing company.

The acquisition occurred Sept. 16, said Geoff Clark, sales and marketing director for Centro. He said the previous owner of Pacific Imagewear wanted to sell the company to pursue a new business.

“We didn’t buy any employees or equipment,” Clark said. “We basically just bought the accounts.”

Centro Print Solutions, located on Northeast 18th Street, has been a print supplier in Bend since 1972, according to the company’s website.

“We’ve been a long-term print provider … we’ve also done promotional products,” Clark said. “We knew we wanted to add the apparel to that list of offerings.”
