Oleta Yancey, co-owner of Kindred Real Estate, has been appointed as the 2014 vice chair of professional development key committee for the Oregon Association of Realtors. Yancey will focus on assessing needs and expectations, evaluating and recommending programs and products, as well as conducting forums and outreach activities.
Bob Yancey, co-owner and general manager of Kindred Real Estate, has been appointed to the political affairs key committee for the Oregon Association of Realtors. Yancey is a state board of director for COAR/OAR.
Tia Lewis, of Bend, has been named to the Best Lawyers in America 2014 list. Lewis focuses on land use and zoning laws.
Thomas Triplett, of Bend, has been named to the Best Lawyers in America 2014 list. Triplett focuses on labor and employment law.
Joe Willis, of Bend, has been named to the Best Lawyers in America 2014 list. Willis focuses on eminent domain and condemnation law.
Rachel Kahler has joined Becky Breeze and Company Real Estate as a broker. Kahler has business experience as an executive assistant dealing with national and international clients.
Michelle A. Rea has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate N.W. Living as a broker. Rea has 17 years of retail management experience and has been selling homes in Central Oregon for the past five years.
Jeff McCarthy has joined Bank of the Cascades as branch manager and assistant vice president for the Sunriver Branch. McCarthy, who was most recently the store manager and assistant vice president for Wells Fargo in Bend and Redmond, has more than eight years of local banking experience.
Jeanette Brunot has joined Windermere Real Estate as broker.
Lester Friedman, broker with Coldwell Bank Morris Real Estate, has been re-elected for a third term as state director of the board of directors of the Oregon Association of Realtors. Friedman is also on the OAR Political Affairs Committee, the OAR Realtor of the Year/Distinguished Service Award Committee and the MLS of Central Oregon Multiple Listing System Executive Committee.
Caprielle Foote-Lewis will join the Economic Development for Central Oregon in November to lead business and economic efforts for the greater Sisters area. Previously Foote-Lewis was vice president and co-founder of M-Press Packaging Inc. in Redmond.
Molly Renner has joined Sublime Creative Agency in Bend as the director of marketing strategy and planning. Renner has nearly 25 years of marketing, advertising, and sales experience. Renner is a board member of AdFed of Central Oregon and serves as vice president on the Board of Abilitree.
