•Open Arms Adult Day Service will open in Bend early next year. The service will provide an alternative daytime environment in a secure care center for members and free education and support for caregivers. The center will offer daytime care, preventive care and health care advocacy. It will be open weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Open Arms is owned and will be operated by a team of three critical care nurses, assisted by an interdisciplinary staff and in coopration with local physicians. •REP Lab and Rebound Physical Therapy recently announced a partnership with Bend FC Timbers, a member of the Timbers Alliance and Central Oregon soccer organization. REP Lab will be providing sport-specific conditioning advice, strength, power and conditioning classes and one-on-one personal performance optimization to Bend FC Timbers Athletes. Rebound Physical Therapy will be providing rehabilitative care.
