Sonic’s arrival in northeast Bend earlier this year brings a new range of fast-food choices — some better, some worse. The chain’s chicken items are a far better nutritional choice than its burgers and toaster sandwiches.

Sonic’s burgers range from 481 calories to 929 calories, and from 31 grams to 66 grams of total fat for one burger. The toaster sandwiches range from 581 calories to 708 calories and total fat from 29 grams to 45 grams.
