High Desert Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation (62410 Erickson Road, Bend) will host a free open house from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. March 29.

The event is being held in honor of the rescue and rehab’s first anniversary of helping sick and injured Central Oregon wildlife get back on their wings or feet and returned to the wild.

Visitors will see the facility, meet the staff and learn how to help the wildlife of the High Desert.
