Miller Paint Co. has entered into an agreement with Denfeld Paints to acquire the business operations and assets of the Denfeld Paints stores in Bend and Redmond. The ownership will change on Tuesday. Miller Paint will operate the two locations with no other changes to business operations planned.

Bachelor; U.S. Bank (1442 N.E. Third St.) and Umpqua Bank (828 N.W. Wall St.).
