PREPPED FOR PAVING IN SISTERS

The base layer of the three-block section is expected to be completed by Saturday and opened to traffic until work on the westbound section between Elm Street and Pine Street is completed, when a final layer of asphalt will applied over the entire project. The paving portion of the project is scheduled to be completed by May 15.
