Aug. 19: Golf clinic held by longtime PGA Tour pro Fred Funk. The clinic will be held from 5-6:30 p.m. at Pronghorn Golf Club’s driving range and is open to all skill levels. Complimentary beverages will be served. Reservations are required, as space is limited. Aug. 22-24: Performance Golf School designed especially for women will be held at Aspen Lakes Golf Course in Sisters and feature Sandra Palmer, a 19-time winner on the LPGA Tour and a former U.S. Women’s Open champion. Clinic will include two days of instruction by Palmer and Aspen Lakes’ director of player development Howie Pruitt. Lessons will include on-course instruction and video swing analysis.
