Susan Alves, age 54 of Klamath Falls, Oregon, passed away on October 18, 2014 with her husband, Robert Alves, by her side.
Sue was born on January 4, 1960 in Phoenix, Arizona as an only child of Joan and Leo Skinner. Sue grew up in the Morgan Hills, California area.
On September 28, 1992, Susan married Robert Alves in Reno, Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Alves were longtime residents of the Bend/ Alfalfa, Oregon community. She worked for over ten years at the Les Schwab headquarters in Bend, Oregon. Her best times were always spent with her son, from raising horses to helping him participate in high school rodeo. She loved team roping, leather work and beading projects, expressing her passion of everything Western.
Susan is survived by her husband, Robert G. Alves; son, Trevor Alves; stepsons, Anthony and Chad Alves; two daughters-in- law, Kristy Alves and Mandy Alves; three grandsons, Colton, Casey and Cory Alves; and three granddaughters, Whitney Brown, Whitlee Alves and Bentlee Alves.
