October 26, 1935 – Nov. 21, 2014Patricia Ann Stevens 79 of Bend, OR, passed away in her home with family by her side on November 21, 2014.She was born on October 26, 1935, to the late Albert and Zula Crum in Pueblo, CO. She graduated from Pueblo High School and Pueblo Jr. College where she was a sharpshooter on the womens rifle team, participated in ballet, baton, dance and choir. She played violin and piano and was asked to sing in many churches while growing up.She married Kenneth Stevens of Bend on June 18, 1955, in Pueblo, CO. After marrying, she moved to Bend, where she worked for Brooks Scanlon as a bookkeeper until she and her husband bought and ran several restaurants in Bend. They retired in 1976, and enjoyed winters in Arizona. She was the president of the womens bowling association.Her favorite past times were golfing, playing cards and bingo with friends, gardening, camping trips and especially family gatherings.She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Stevens of Bend; and two daughters, Deanna Rukaveno of Bend, and Deborah Barrows ( Ken) of Bend; two grandchildren, Nicole Rukaveno Cooper (Wyzeas) of Aloha, Christopher Rukaveno of Bend; two brothers, Charles Crum of Meridian, ID, and William Crum of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.A Celebration of life will be held in Spring of 2015.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Partners In Care of Bend.Autumn Funerals Bend is in charge of arrangements. www.autumnfunerals.net
