Redmond subdivision sale deadline extended

More time to get ready-to-build lots

The Oregon Department of State Lands will accept proposals to purchase the 63-lot, ready-to-build Forked Horn Butte subdivision in Redmond until 5 p.m. Tuesday, the agency said Thursday. Previously, the deadline was 5 p.m. Monday, but Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a state holiday.

Located near SW Yew and SW 45th avenues, Forked Horn has 63 finished lots and an adjacent 19.5 acres of bare land. The state acquired the property through a 2009 land exchange. For more information, contact John Russell at john.russell@state.or.us or 503-986-5281.
