Applicants sought for apartments

Epic Property Management LLC will accept lease applications next week for The Parks at Eastlake, a Housing Works apartment community on Bend’s east side, the company announced Wednesday.

Sixteen of 40 units, located behind Eastlake Village on NE Bellevue Drive, will be available in July, the remainder in August, according to Housing Works.

Income restrictions will apply and rents will be below market rates, according to an Epic news release. To qualify, applicants’ household earnings must be  below the area median income.  

Epic will accept applications for one week only; qualified tenants will be chosen through a lottery. The lottery will ensure that all applicants are given an equal opportunity to obtain an affordable apartment, Epic stated.

The application packet can be accessed online at www.epicpropertymgmt.com. Applications will be accepted 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, June 15 through Thursday, June 18, and 9 a.m.-noon June 19. Applications must be hand-delivered to the Epic trailer, 680 NE Bellevue Drive, Bend. Late applications will not be accepted. For more information, call 541-350-5605.
