Emmaline Smith and Rodolfo Mota-Ramos, both of Bend, plan to marry July 18 at McPherson Park in Crooked River Ranch. A reception will follow in the park.

The bride is the daughter of Gene and Naomi Smith of Culver. She is a 2007 graduate of Culver High School. She works at Nosler.

The groom is the son of Maria Ramos and Juan Mota of Mexico. He works in concrete construction.

The couple will honeymoon along the Oregon Coast. They will settle in Bend.
