FAQ

Where can I buy Tickets? Tickets to all concerts at the Les Schwab Amphitheater are available online through www.bendconcerts.com and at the Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District (Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.) Tickets are also available at the Box Office on the day of the show. For more information call the Ticket Mill at 541-318-5457.

What is the difference between General Admission and Reserved Seating? General Admission only concerts means you can bring a blanket or low-profile chairs and sit any place inside the venue, unless otherwise noted. Some of our shows have Reserved Seating offering regular-height chairs at the front of the stage.

What can I bring with me? Each concert has specific restrictions to which we must abide. Please feel free to bring empty or sealed water bottles, binoculars, low profile chairs, blankets, small compact umbrellas (ponchos are preferred) and small personal cameras (unless prohibited by show). Check www.bendconcerts.com for details on each show. We do not allow outside food or beverages inside the venue, but we do have delicious food and drink available on site.

Maximum Capacity Concerts: For ONLY the sold out maximum capacity concerts, LSA cannot allow chairs, blankets and strollers for safety and space considerations. This is a strict venue policy. Guests are welcome to sit on the grass, if not standing or dancing. For all shows ADA seating is available. This information is provided in advance and will not change after tickets go on sale. Check out www.bendconcerts.com for specifics on the Phish concerts on July 21-22.

Accessibility: Accessible seating and parking is available for all events at the Les Schwab Amphitheater. The Accessible entry for the venue is located on Shevlin-Hixon Drive immediately next to the stage, with signage indicating the location. People with disabilities and their accompanying parties may enter through this gate with valid tickets. The designated general admission seating area for people with disabilities and their parties is just inside the gate, at the front of the venue, with a clear view of the stage. The Amphitheater is a grass venue and has a slight slope from entry to seating area for general admission.

Children: Kids 2 years old and younger do not need a ticket to see one of the Bend Summer Concerts.

Dogs: Only service dogs are allowed into the ticketed shows. If you’d like to see a show with your puppy, check out our BMC Free Summer Sunday Concerts.

Parking: Look for event parking signs throughout the Old Mill District. Parking is available in the OMD and the parking lot on the corner of Simpson & Colorado. ADA accessible parking is available in the paved lot next to the Art Station and street side on Shevlin-Hixon Drive. Accessible drop off is available at the gate on Shevlin-Hixon Drive closest to the stage.
