Tulowitzki out at least 2 weeks — Toronto All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki will miss at least two weeks because of a cracked left shoulder blade. “It’s a very small crack,” Blue Jays general manager Alex Anthopoulos said Sunday. “Just talking with the doctors, if they had to guess, and really it’s only a guess at this point, it could be two-to-three weeks, and then he could be back for October,” Tulowitzki was hurt when he collided with center fielder Kevin Pillar while chasing Didi Gregorius’ popup in the opener of Saturday’s doubleheader.

Ross and Fendrick beat Nicole Branagh and Jenny Kropp 21-19, 23-21 in the final. Ross won the season-opening New Orleans Open with three-time Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh Jennings, then took the Seattle Open and Manhattan Beach Open in August with Jennifer Fopma after Walsh Jennings was sidelined by a shoulder injury.
