The American Association of University Women has awarded scholarships to the following local students: Isabelle Logan, Junnelle Hogen, Andrea Cisneros and Kirsten Rehn. AAUW advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy and research.

Emily Thoms Daprano , of Bend, has earned a Master of Science in education from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
