Construction is underway on a 69,000-square-foot distribution center for FedEx in northeast Bend. The project is being built on about 11 acres on Brinson Boulevard, west of NE 18th Street, according to city of Bend planning documents. The center is expected to have 18 loading bays, and the project has an estimated value of about $5.2 million, according to the building permit.
