Details: Work has begun on four three-story apartment buildings located behind Worthy Brewing on Bend’s east side. The four buildings, known collectively as Bellevue Crossing, will be located on NE Bellevue Drive just north of NE Highway 20 and will have 153 units total.
Matt Amrhein, project engineer for CS Construction, said the apartments will have two standard floor plans: one bedroom, one bathroom; and two bed, two bath. He added that the apartments would range from 700 to 1,000 square feet.
The project broke ground in the fall. Chris Looney, partner at Eugene-based development firm Paradigm Properties, which owns Bellevue Crossing, said he was hopeful the project would be completed by the beginning of November. “The weather has not cooperated so far,” Looney said.
Paradigm Properties is the parent company of Paradigm Bend. Looney said Bellevue Crossing is Paradigm’s first project in Bend.

In addition to the four apartment buildings, the property will feature a clubhouse for use by residents, featuring a fitness center, a lounge and several offices, Amrhein said.
While Looney said Paradigm had not settled on a rental price for the individual units, he said they would be priced competitively with other apartment complexes in the area. He added that the complex would have covered parking and that each apartment would have a deck, a storage closet and a washer and dryer.
