• Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate has been named Realtor of the Year for 2015 by the Central Oregon Builders Association. It is the second time in three years the real estate firm has received the award.

• D.E. Rink Construction was named the Remodeler of the Year for 2015 by the Central Oregon Builders Association for its work on custom home and commercial building remodels. The company also announced the launch of its new website: www.derink.com.

• Sara Bella Upcycled teamed up with Wabi Sabi and opened a new location at 830 NW Wall St. in downtown Bend. The store sells recycled materials that have been converted into purses, artwork and more.

• Business Air announced its King Air 350i received official certification with the Federal Aviation Administration. The aircraft is available for private air flights from airports in Bend, Redmond and Sunriver.

• Sisters Meat & Smokehouse, 110 S. Spruce St., Sisters, applied Jan. 19 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Hop in the Spa, 371 W. Cascade Ave., Sisters, applied Jan. 20 to the OLCC for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Tumalo Cider Co., 64649 Wharton Ave., Bend, applied Jan. 25, to the OLCC for a winery license, which allows the licensee to import, bottle, produce, blend, store, transport and export wines, and allows wholesale sales to OLCC and licensees, and retail sales of malt beverages and wine for consumption on or off the licensed premises.

• Pegasus Chocolates, 1900 NE Third St., No. 105, Bend, applied Jan. 25 to the OLCC for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Redmond Liquor, 1705 SW Odem Medo Way, Redmond, applied Jan. 26 to the OLCC for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises and allows approved licensees to offer sample tasting of malt beverages, wine and cider.

• Lone Oak Vineyards, 16250 South Drive, La Pine, applied Jan. 26, to the OLCC for a wholesale malt beverage and wine license, which allows the importation, storage, transportation and wholesale sale of malt beverages and wine to OLCC licensees and limited retail sales to the public.

• Bangers & Brew, 1288 SW Simpson Ave., Suite A, Bend, applied Jan. 26 to the OLCC for a full on-premises commercial sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages and wine for consumption on the licensed premises.
