Wright — Gvakharia

Keely Wright and George Gvakharia, both of Portland, will be married July 9 at The Old Church in downtown Portland. Following the ceremony, a reception will take place at the Adrianna Hill Grand Ballroom in downtown Portland.

The future bride is the daughter of Albert and Denise Wright, both of Bend. She is a 2003 graduate of Milton High School in Alpharetta, Georgia, and a 2007 graduate of University of Portland, where she studied music. She works as a high school choir teacher for the Beaverton School District.

The groom is the son of Valerian Dolja and Barbara Gvakharia, both of Corvallis. He is a 1997 graduate of Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis and a 2002 graduate of Oregon State University, where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He works as a mechanical engineer.

The groom is in charge of the honeymoon and prefers that it remain a surprise for his bride. The couple will settle in Portland.
