Details: The first six apartment buildings of Seasons at Farmington Reserve, a sprawling apartment complex in southeast Bend off of Brosterhous Road, are slated to be completed by the middle of the summer.
Aaron Henson, senior planner for the city of Bend, said the six three-story buildings will contain 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments, which range from 450 to 1,288 square feet, including deck space. Apartments will start at $695 and range up to $1,425, according to the apartments’ website.
Pat Walsh, spokesman for BPM Real Estate Group, said the apartment complex will eventually have 228 apartments in nine buildings, plus a community clubhouse. The clubhouse area will feature amenities like an outdoor lounge, a heated pool and an outdoor fire pit and barbecue, Walsh said. Plans also call for a small dog park and a fitness center, according to the website.
The apartment complex is currently taking reservations, and Walsh said the units will be ready for occupancy in July.
The project, previously known as Aspen Reserve, cost more than $35 million to complete, according to The Bulletin’s archives.
BPM Real Estate Group is also building a subdivision of single-family homes adjacent to the apartment complex, called Farmington Reserve. Plans filed with the city of Bend in April call for 65 homes in the first phase of the subdivision.
