Alice Marie Christensen a long time resident of Redmond, passed peacefully on June 5, 2016, in Redmond, Oregon.

She was born in Harper, West Virginia on February 25, 1942, to John and Lue Treadway. She was a homemaker for her three kids, and also worked for Kibak Tile Company.

She enjoyed going to her grandkids sports and academic events, going to church, playing games and camping at Three Creeks. We could hear her laughter in the things she enjoyed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dean; and sister, Viola. She is survived by her daughters, Maria (John) Forester, Patricia (Dale) Reed; son, Stephen Christensen; two sisters; four brothers; seven grandkids; two great- grandkids; and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

Services will be held on Monday, June 13, at the Redmond Memorial Chapel in Redmond, at 9:30 a.m., with burial to follow at the Redmond Cemetery. Join the family after for refreshments at the Terrebonne Grange.
