Half of Frank’s Landing, the 5½-acre retail corner in south Redmond, has been sold.

The former owner, Concourse 97 LLC, a Pasadena, California-based investment firm, sold two lots, just over 2 acres, to another California company, Frank’s Landing LLC, of San Marino, for about $3.28 million in July, according to Compass Commercial Real Estate Services, which brokered the sale.

Tenants at the site, on SW 21st Place, near Airport Way and U.S. Highway 97, include Northwest Community Credit Union; BeginRight, an employment agency; 1440 Fitness; and Adair Homes. Straw Hat Pizza vacated a 3,500-square-foot space at the same time the sale occurred, said Compass broker Russell Huntamer.

A lot that is the site of an Applebee’s restaurant was not part of the sale.
