A Portland real estate brokerage firm announced recently it sold a 168-unit apartment complex in Bend to an investor in Louisiana.

The sale price, $23.75 million, comes to $167 per square foot, according to HFO Investment Real Estate. The transaction set a record high in Bend for price paid per unit, $141,369, according to HFO.

The complex, Sienna Pointe, on 10 acres adjacent to Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint, was built in phases between 1990 and 1993, according to HFO.
