A taste of France — Bend’s Riverside Market, with new proprietors, will reopen later this fall as a neighborhood bistro to be called the French Market. Owners Philip and Judith Lipton, who recently moved to Bend from Ketchum, Idaho, said they will serve a moderately priced breakfast-and-lunch menu, including midday pizzas. Evening will bring fine dining prepared by chef Franck Bacquet, previously of Angell’s Bar and Grill in Boise, Idaho.
